Booking a Tee Time

The best way to book Penderbrook Golf Club tee times is online. Golfers should create a profile or log in before booking, and all tee times require a credit card on file.

Book Online

Please book tee times online through PenderbrookGolfClub.com. Online booking gives golfers the clearest view of current tee time availability and pricing.

Credit Card Required

All tee times must have a credit card on file. Tee times booked over the phone also require a credit card number at the time of booking.

Arrive Early

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tee time and check in inside the golf shop before heading to the first tee.

Cancellation & Changes

  • All tee times have a 24-hour cancellation or modification policy.
  • Cancellations, changes, and no-shows inside 24 hours may be subject to a no-show fee per player.
  • Online tee time adjustments and cancellations must be completed online and outside the 24-hour window.
  • Special events may have separate cancellation policies.
  • Weather does not change the cancellation policy unless the course is closed for unplayable conditions.

Helpful Booking Notes

  • Rates may vary by day, time, demand, and availability. The price shown at booking is the price charged at check-in.
  • Players Club member pricing should populate when players are added to the tee time, or it can be adjusted at check-in.
  • Single players may be paired with other groups, and single tee times may vary by up to 20 minutes.
  • Most public tee times are for 18-hole rounds, except for special events such as 9 & Wine and FXA Adult Leagues.
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your tee time, you may lose your slot and may need to wait for the next available time or join your group on the course if possible.

Cart Policy & Pace of Play

Golf carts and pace of play are managed to keep rounds moving safely and smoothly for all golfers. Please follow daily cart rules and keep pace with the group ahead.

Golf Cart Policy

  • For 1-2 players, one cart is included.
  • For 3-4 players, two carts are included.
  • Individual carts may be provided when available, and a single-rider fee will apply.
  • A maximum of 2 people are allowed per golf cart.
  • Singles may be joined with larger groups.
  • You must be 18 years old or older and have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.

Course Cart Rules

  • Cart rules are based on daily course conditions.
  • Cart path only on all par 3s.
  • Carts must stay on the path within 30 yards of every green and tee box.
  • Cart path only days and very busy days may add 20-30 minutes to pace of play.

Pace of Play

  • Target pace is 4 hours for 18 holes, or about 2 hours per 9 holes.
  • Pace per hole is posted on each golf cart sign.
  • Each group is responsible for playing at the correct pace.
  • A helpful guideline is to keep up with the group in front of you.

Course Monitoring

  • Penderbrook uses Vantage Tag golf cart GPS to monitor pace of play.
  • Course rangers may also assist with pace of play when staffing permits.
  • Disrespectful behavior toward staff or the course will not be tolerated.

Local Rules

USGA rules govern all play at Penderbrook Golf Club except where modified by local rules. Please help care for the course, maintain pace of play, and follow posted course signage during your round.

Course Care & Pace

  • Please repair all ball marks, replace divots, and rake bunkers.
  • Each group must maintain pace with the group ahead.
  • All tee times are limited to a maximum of 4 players.

Out of Bounds

  • Out of bounds is marked outside white stakes.
  • Out of bounds applies on holes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 16, 17, and 18.
  • Out of bounds also applies over public roadways and off club property.

Yardage Markers

  • 100-yard markers are red markers in the middle of the fairway and on cart paths.
  • 150-yard markers are white markers in the middle of the fairway and on cart paths.
  • 200-yard markers are blue markers in the middle of the fairway and on cart paths.
  • Yardages are measured to the center of the greens.

Penalty Areas & Drop Areas

  • All penalty areas, including water hazards, are played as lateral penalty areas.
  • Please use drop areas located on the green side of penalty areas when applicable.
  • Designated drop areas are available on holes 3, 8, 9, 10, and 13.

Rain Check Policy

Golf is an outdoor sport and may be played in a variety of weather conditions. Rain checks are issued only under specific circumstances when the course becomes unplayable.

Rain Checks May Be Issued When

  • It is raining and the course is unplayable.
  • You have played 9 holes or fewer.

Rain Checks Are Not Issued When

  • It is already raining when you start your round.
  • You have played more than 9 holes.
  • The tee time is a GolfNow Hot Deal. GolfNow customers must contact GolfNow directly.
Rain checks are issued as a dollar amount based on your greens fee and the number of holes remaining. You may be asked to provide a receipt for the amount paid. Rain checks may only be used toward future greens fees and are valid for one year from the date issued.

Payments

Penderbrook Golf Club accepts credit cards only. Cash is not accepted.

Drinking Water

There is no drinking water located on the course. Golfers are encouraged to fill water bottles at the clubhouse before playing or after hole 7. Bottled water is also available for purchase in the clubhouse.

Tuesday Maintenance

On Tuesdays, rounds may start on Hole 8 to allow maintenance work on the front nine.

Golf Shop Check-In

Please check in inside the pro shop before your round. Golfers should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time.

Practice Areas

A warm-up net is located near the 18th tee, and a chipping and putting green is located behind the clubhouse. Penderbrook does not have a driving range.
