Booking a Tee Time
- Please book online – PenderbrookGolfClub.com – make sure to create a profile or log-in to an existing profile. All tee times must have a credit card on file
- Cancellation Policy – All tee times booked over the phone must provide a credit card number at time of booking and all cancellations or adjustments must be outside of 24 hours. Special events have their own policy which may be different.
- Cancellation or no-show fees will apply to all changes inside 24 hours
- Online tee times – adjustments and cancellations must be done online and outside 24 hours
- Weather does not change the cancellation policy.
- The only way the cancellation policy is not in effect is if the course is closed for unplayable conditions. If you are unsure about playing in the rain, it is your responsibility to cancel outside of 24-hours. Golf is an outdoor sport played in all different types of conditions.
- We use dynamic pricing during certain times to fully utilize the tee sheet – the price shown at the time of booking will be the price charged during check-in. Players Club Members pricing should populate once they have been input into the tee times, or can be adjusted at time of check-in
- Junior rates do not include cart usage
- Junior rates are available Mon-Thurs at any time and Fri-Sun after twilight times start
- Single players may be joined with other groups. Singles tee times may vary up to 20 minutes, please plan according.
- All rounds rounds are 18-holes with the exception of special events such as 9&Wine and FXA Adult Leagues.
- There is no drinking water located on the course, customers are encouraged to fill their own water bottles at the clubhouse before playing or after playing hole #7. Customers are also allowed to bring their own bottled water. There is water for purchase in the clubhouse as well.
Cart policy
- 1-2 players, one cart is included, 3-4 players, two carts are included
- Individual carts will be provided when available and a single rider fee will apply
- Maximum of 2 people per golf cart
- Course Cart Rules – based on daily conditions
- Cart path only on all Par 3s
- Carts on path 30 yards from every green & tee boxes
- You must be 18 years old or older, and have a valid drivers license to operate a golf cart
Additionally policies and things to know
- Payments – Credit Cards only, cash is not accepted
- Tuesdays we start on Hole #8 to allow for maintenance on the front 9
- Arrive for tee times at least 15 minutes prior to tee time
- If you are more than 5 minutes late for your tee time, you will lose your slot and will have to wait until next available time or join your group out on the course if possible
- Please check-in inside the pro shop
- Please repair all ball marks and replace all divots
- Pace of Play – 4- hours for 18 holes(2 hours per 9 holes)*
- Cart path only and very busy days normally add between 20 – 30 minutes
- Pace per hole is located on each golf cart sign
- We use Vantage Tag golf cart GPS to monitor place of play along with course rangers (when staffing permits)
- Each group is responsible to play at the correct pace of play – general guideline is to keep up with the group in front of you

- Warm-up/practice areas – a warm up net located close to 18 tee, chipping/putting green is located behind the clubhouse. We do not have a practice range.

Rain Check Policy
- Rain checks WILL be issued when:
- It is raining, and the course is unplayable
- You have played 9 holes or less
- Rain checks WILL NOT be issued:
- If it is raining when you start
- For any GolfNow HOT DEALS – customer must contact GolfNow directly
- You have played more than 9 holes*
*Pace of play is 2 hours per 9-holes
- Rain checks are a dollar amount based on your greens fee and how many holes you have remaining
- You may be asked to provide a receipt of amount paid per round
- Rain checks may only be used towards future greens fees within a year of when the rain check is issued
