How far in advance should we book? +
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially for spring and fall weekend dates, which fill quickly. That said, we can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times depending on availability — contact us to check current openings.
What is the minimum and maximum group size? +
We typically accommodate groups starting at 12 players, with no hard maximum. Our most common outing format is a shotgun start for 72–144 players. Contact us for large-group pricing and logistics.
Do you provide scoring and scorecards? +
Yes — professional scoring is included in every tournament package. Our team handles scoreboard set-up, scorecards, and final tabulation so your winners are announced accurately and on time.
Can we add a meal or reception at Mulligans Pub? +
Absolutely. Mulligans Pub is our on-site restaurant and bar, and we regularly coordinate pre-round breakfasts, on-course refreshments, and post-round banquets for tournament groups. Ask Bryce about food & beverage packages.
Are there options for corporate sponsorship signage? +
Yes — we offer hole sponsorship signage, tee box banners, and registration area branding opportunities. These are a popular addition for charity events and corporate outings looking to give sponsors visibility on the course.
Is the course available for shotgun starts? +
Yes, Penderbrook offers shotgun start formats for qualifying groups. A shotgun start allows all foursomes to tee off simultaneously from different holes, making it ideal for large outings where you want everyone to finish at the same time.
